TERMS OF SERVICE

 

ORDERS & DELIVERY​​

The works shown in my collections are only available built to order. If you are interested in purchasing a piece or inquiring about a commissioned project, please contact me for more information. After communicating your wishes, I will work out a design to use as an example for the finished piece. When agreed on the design and pricing, the invoice will be sent to your email. The payment processor accepts all major credit cards. The building process will start as soon as the payment is fulfilled. 

 

For most orders, it takes about  4 - 6 weeks for me to build them, after which they will be shipped to their destination. Orders can also be picked up from my workshop, on appointment only.

If purchasing from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance (including Certificate of Origin or other special documentation requested) must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Lennart's Garage you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RETURNS

If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable me to refund/exchange, please contact me at: info@lennartsgarage.com

Lennart's Garage will not be held responsible until the returned item reached me. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.

Where items are bought as gifts Lennart's Garage can only refund the original payer.

VARIATIONS IN COLOR OR DETAIL

Because all the works from my collections are handmade, each piece will be slightly different in color, shape, and vintage-wear. These differences are only minor but do make each project unique and give them character.

 

 

USE & MAINTENANCE

All Lennart's Garage are pieces are sturdy and heavy pieces of work. Yet, in order to maintain each work in good condition, all pieces need to be treated with care. Wall art should be kept away from contact with water and long exposure to direct sunlight. If a wall sign does come in contact with water, dry as soon as possible with a dry towel.

All wall signs are made of wood. Because wood is a natural product, some weathering may occur over time. This is natural and a part of the piece's character and uniqueness.

 

Lennart's Garage art pieces are suitable for outside environments as well, as long as the instructions above are followed.
